The Filler Cap Assembly with 100psi Relief is part of the Underwater Cutting Package, included in the APR Kit, and also necessary in cases where the gasoline tank is 20 or more feet below the level where the torch operator is cutting steel,  requiring that it be pressurized higher to push the fuel up in elevation. In each of these cases the standard 35psi Filler Cap must be replaced with the 100psi Filler Cap.
